Sri Sakthi Amma was born on the 3rd of January 1976, to Shri. Nanda Gopal and Smt. Jyothiamma.

Sri Sakthi AMMA conducts numerous Poojas and Yagams for the welfare of humanity, and enable humans to lead a righteous and spiritual life. People from all walks of life attend Amma’s poojas / prayers and partake in the service initiatives of the trust.

It is Sri Sakthi Amma’s purpose to bring happiness and prosperity on Earth. Amma’s mission is to bring back righteousness and truthfulness in humankind. This will ensure that humans become more loving and tolerant towards their environment and other people.

One of Amma's messages to humans is that peace can be attained through Poojas (prayers). Amma performs different Poojas for more than six hours every single day in Shanthi Mandapam at Sri Narayani Peedam. The day begins with Ganapathi Pooja, Viswaroopa Darshan, Namasmaranam, ‘Putthu’ (Ant Hill) Pooja, Gaja (Elephant) Pooja, Surya (Sun God) Pooja, Thulasi Pooja, Gho (Cow) Pooja and Sri Narayani Yagam.
